Hoi allemaal!​

mijn naam is Ricardo Clarijs, ik ben een toegewijde en gepassioneerde handbaltrainer met een droom: het hoogst haalbare uit m’n trainerscarriére halen en zoveel mogelijk sporters en mensen weten te inspireren en beter maken.​
​
Mijn carrière is gebouwd op hard werken, analyseren en evalueren en een ongewijzigde drang naar succes. Ik ben altijd op zoek naar manieren om mezelf te verbeteren en om sporters te inspireren hetzelfde te doen. Als de jongste coach ooit in het Nederlandse handbal is het mij gelukt om landskampioen te worden, een mooie prestatie waar ik ongekend trots op ben. Daarnaast was ik deze zomer actief op de Olympische spelen in Parijs als coach, één van de hoogtepunten van mijn trainerscarriére.

Naast het trainer zijn, zet ik mij in voor het ontwikkelen van de handbalsport in Nederland en ben ik performance coach voor diverse organisaties in Nederland. Dit doe ik onder andere door leiderschapsprogramma’s aan te bieden bij bedrijven, lezingen te houden voor bedrijven en sportverenigingen te ondersteunen daar waar nodig.

Als coach heb ik altijd geloofd in de kracht van samenwerking en de kracht van een team. Ik ben dan ook altijd op zoek geweest naar merken en bedrijven die mijn visie delen en samen met mij willen werken richting de volgende grote hoogtepunten in mijn carriére.

Met een merk aan mijn zijde kunnen we niet alleen samen mijn hopelijke sportieve successen vieren, maar ook mensen inspireren en een blijvende impact maken.​

In addition, Ricardo won various medals as national coach of the national youth teams of the Dutch team.

As part of the technical staff of the Dutch women's handball team, Ricardo was also active at the Olympic Games this summer.
